WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca was built in 1957 and originally known as Laguna Seca Raceway. The race track is world-renowned for its extraordinary racing history and The Corkscrew. The Corkscrew’s elevation change is one-of-a-kind turn in motorsports. In 450 feet length the elevation drops 59 feet which is equivalent of a 5 1/2 story drop. WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca is managed by the Sports Car Racing Association of the Monterey Peninsula (SCRAMP).
