San Diego’s “Mardi Gras in May” fete will celebrate its 21st year with a lineup co-booked for the first time by veteran festival producer Rich Sherman, who heads Orange County’s Omega Events. The lineup includes C.J. Chenier and the Red Hot Louisiana Band, Southern Avenue, Marcia Ball, Sonny Landreth, Nikki Hill and Geno Delafose & French Rockin’ Boogie
